Loved this apartment!

We absolutely loved this apartment! We found ourselves in a tough spot and needed to be out of our old apartment but needed to stay in Medford for the remaining of the school year before moving across country. We found this apartment and it was the perfect place for us for the last 3 months! Paul and Anna are wonderful and very responsive. We work from home and are home most of the time and we found the apartment to be comfortable and quiet! We have 2 kids who loved living there as well! Highly recommend this apartment to other families. It was also very well furnished. Thanks Paul and Anna for making our last few months in Boston worth staying!

Cozy, Comfy Spot with Friendly Landlords

Our family of 4 had an excellent stay on Bristol Road. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for meal prep, and having multiple sets of sheets plus the washer/dryer in unit made laundry a breeze. We adults both have back pain and often a hard time sleeping in new beds but found these mattresses exceptionally comfortable and got to sleep easily. The blackout curtains were also much appreciated for us and our kids. The floors maybe arent technically heated but we noticed they got really nice and warm once the fall heat kicked in, presumably from the basement pipes running underneath which was a perk we now miss! Having the TV set up with Netflix etc. was very convenient, and the location cant be beat easy walk to excellent new Thai restaurant, coffee, donuts, and just a few minutes farther to Davis sq. Anna and Paul were very responsive to any questions that came up, and we would not hesitate to stay again if the need arises!
