I don't have enough positive things to say about this place, or the host. Always responsive an helpful. We had very few issues or questions at all, and Rick was always immediately responsive. Of all the places I've rented throughout the years, this stands apart as the most liveable. It is very thoughfully appointed. The apartment itself is in a prime location in Charlotte. Situated between Dilworth and Sedgefield, it is in a area that affords high walkability- a rarity in Charlotte. Yummy restaurants, grocery stores, parks, coffee, yoga, bars, and great connectivity to thoroughfares to get you around town. I will look here first for availability whenever I'm traveling back to Charlotte in the future!

Amazing stay!

This place was amazing! I have absolutely no complaints, Richard was the perfect landlord and answered all my questions/provided everything I needed during my stay. The area is extremely safe with a lot of things to do within a 5 min drive.

This property has literally everything youll need. I stayed for 3 months as a travel nurse and had on-call shifts so it is very safe at all times of the day, including at night. It has a cute little balcony & community pool. It also has a beautiful renovated kitchen equipped with everything and anything you could possibly need. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds. It is stocked with all extra things like toilet paper and cleaning supplies. It is in a quiet neighborhood. I dont have enough great things to say about it. Rick is also a respectful host with great communication. Dont hesitate to book his place!
