Stay away !!!

Stay away from this property, landlord is racist, rude, will play music early in morning, talks on speaker phone, she kept clothes in the closet & get asking to come in to grab things, the tv was on the floor said she will hang it but never did, the remote didn't work so I had to download one on my phone, she didn't make any pantry space so I was forced to keep snacks and fruits in my nightstand. She doesn't respect boundaries or personal space. So I felt the need to leave after one month of dealing with all of these things now she is refusing to return my deposit when we never had a written contract our agreement was month to month and I even left two days before the month was over. This lady is trying to take advantage of people !!!!!! & it's literally stealing money that doesn't belong to her. Stay away!
