Perfect!

Perfect place for one! Safe, quiet, comfortable. I'm a night shifter and had no problem sleeping soundly during the day. I worked at Kern Medical and my commute to work was about 8 minutes. Neighborhood is established, quiet and safe. I liked the coded gate to the unit, private patio and keypad entry. Bed is comfortable, bathroom is nice with large shower. Perfect stay, host Jordan is easy to work with and the complimentary house cleaning is wonderful. Nothing like going away a few days and coming back to fresh linens and a spotless place! I highly recommend Jordan's studio!

Cute little place

This is in a cute older neighborhood that is well kept. There is total privacy in the casita as it has its own patio thats gated and only for that unit. Its decorated cute for the space. Jordan is very quick to handle problems that may happen which makes it nice over other places that may ignore it. It gets 4 stars because the Euro washer combo takes HOURS and HOURS to wash and dry 1 tiny load. If it was a stacked or normal w/d then I'd give 5 stars but that wasnt the best for me as I work on a site for a week every other week and then at home for a week. So I had alot of clothes to wash when being back. Other than that, it was nice.

Best Place Ever!!

I recently stayed in this fully furnished studio, and it was an incredible experience. The space had everything I needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy furnishings that made it feel like home. The neighborhood was safe and peaceful, so you don't have to worry when you come home late at night. What truly set this place apart was the host-attentive, kind, and always ready to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and an exceptional hosting experience!

Very cozy

I really enjoyed my stay here it was very cozy and quiet Jordan has everything you would need for you're stay and more it's a very quiet neighborhood close to all the major hospitals great for traveling healthcare professionals highly recommend very nice family.

Perfect Stay

I am so blessed to have found this listing. When I toured this property, I knew immediately that this was the right place for me to be. J has put so many personable and considerate touches throughout the unit that it really felt like home. Everything I would think of needing is in here and Jordan regularly checks in to ensure that any concerns or needs are addressed. The property provides plenty of privacy as well. The patio was my favorite area to read and at night the twinkle lights create a very serene atmosphere. This neighborhood is quiet and I slept comfortably at night knowing that I was in a safe area. The bluffs are in walking distance and downtown is pretty close too! Jordan and her family are lovely and kind. Im very grateful that they have shared such a wonderful space with me. Anyone who stays here will fall in love with this property!
