Great stay

I feel so lucky to have found this spot. Close enough to the beach, but still very accessible to the rest of Los Angeles by way of freeway or public transit. Landlord is very accommodating, helpful and quick to respond to questions. I was only here for 2 months, but would stay here again! Plus side is that parking is available, which is a huge benefit in LA

Perfect place to call home in LA

This was a perfect place to call home for my time in LA. I ended up staying a full year! The house is inviting, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The neighbourhood is conveniently close to the freeway and stadiums, yet still relatively quiet. The landlord is easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone.

very homely quiet place

Would recommend to everyone, quite neighborhood, with parking on the property and very clean house and nicely decorated. The landlord is very quick on problem solving and fixing things if something comes up and very helpful as well. It is also close to the major arenas and highways and very well-connected to public transport as well.
