Beautiful studio

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. Safe neighborhood. You can see Mt Rainier from your patio. Owner very attentive to any questions or needs. Would stay here again if I was back in this area!!

Honest Review

In my 7 months here, a many things became an issue. It's very small in the kitchen--you can't open one side of the fridge all the way. The breaker tripped often if you use more than one appliance at a time. The landlord asked me to pay rent in cash, he didn't fix the breaker tripping that I had mentioned was an issue. When it came time to move out, there were 2 smaller than a pinky nail dents in the fridge that was blamed on me with no proof (very much small enough to be wear and tear). He continued to tell me he will just say he needs a whole new fridge because of these things so that he could take my whole deposit--in which I have text message proof of this. I was told to lie about renting there and how long I stayed. After I had moved out he received VERY confidential mail that was opened without permission. I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone staying here. I have traveled and used Furnished Finder for 4 years and have never had such terrible experience.

First, the fact that you chose to extend your stay from the original 3 months to a total of 7 months suggests that the home met your needs well enough for a long-term stay, which I truly appreciated at the time. Regarding the refrigerator, I would like to clarify that I never asked for the full replacement cost of the appliance. I simply requested that the specific broken piece be replaced, which I believe is a reasonable and proportionate request. Any suggestion that I intended to charge for an entire new refrigerator does not reflect what was asked. Throughout your tenancy, I made every effort to be responsive and respectful. After you moved out, I even reached out to ensure that you received your forwarded mail, which I believe demonstrates that I genuinely care about my tenants and their well-being beyond the lease term. As with any older home, occasional maintenance issues can arise, and I always aim to address concerns in good faith. I regret that we ultimately had differing perspectives on certain matters, but I wish you the best in your future travels and housing experiences. Thank you again for your time and feedback.

Good Deal

Owners very attentive to your needs. Two doctors. Otherwise, you are left alone. Nice location and good neighborhood. Very quiet. New everything. I would stay here again.
