Stay away

Serious safety and privacy violations. The electric door lock was faulty, often appearing locked when it was actually open; the landlord brushed this off after me bringing it up multiple times until a week before move-out. While I was traveling, the landlord entered and left the door unlocked for a week, only admitting he maybe went through the door once I mentioned my cameras. Children also ran into my bedroom at night since there is no interior lock.The landlord is rude, unprofessional, and showed up unannounced multiple times. Felt like communicating with a toddler throwing a tantrum. Other reviews mentioned his rudeness but I thought I could manage it... I could not. Maintenance is poor: warped floors, spiders, fire ants, and a rotten fish smell. The washer/dryer takes all day. I was also unfairly charged $200 for old blinds that snapped from wear, not misuse to be replaced with luxury blinds. Do not stay here. Pretty view of mt rainier is the only plus.

Beautiful studio

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. Safe neighborhood. You can see Mt Rainier from your patio. Owner very attentive to any questions or needs. Would stay here again if I was back in this area!!

Honest Review

In my 7 months here, a many things became an issue. It's very small in the kitchen--you can't open one side of the fridge all the way. The breaker tripped often if you use more than one appliance at a time. The landlord asked me to pay rent in cash, he didn't fix the breaker tripping that I had mentioned was an issue. When it came time to move out, there were 2 smaller than a pinky nail dents in the fridge that was blamed on me with no proof (very much small enough to be wear and tear). He continued to tell me he will just say he needs a whole new fridge because of these things so that he could take my whole deposit--in which I have text message proof of this. I was told to lie about renting there and how long I stayed. After I had moved out he received VERY confidential mail that was opened without permission. I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone staying here. I have traveled and used Furnished Finder for 4 years and have never had such terrible experience.

Good Deal

Owners very attentive to your needs. Two doctors. Otherwise, you are left alone. Nice location and good neighborhood. Very quiet. New everything. I would stay here again.
