Enjoy the convenience of black-out curtains, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a spacious closet to complete the space.
Walkable neighborhood to parks, Mendota Lake, coffee shops, bike trails, Willy Street (famous local grocery), library, gym and more! I love living in this area because its close to downtown, the east side, and offers a lot of restaurants and community events. Safe neighborhood as well, lots of people out walking their pets.

Laura, the host, was extremely receptive to my messages prior to renting. She was a joy to talk with and made the rental process smooth. She was a gracious, kind and dedicated host to make sure all my needs were met. My space was very clean, private and safe. I would recommend her rental again and again!!
I did some traveling nursing, and this was the perfect little place. Laura works during the day, so I was able to sleep after my nightshifts without any concerns. Her place is close to so much, so I always had something to do. I would stay here again.
Staying with Laura was an absolute delight! Shes an amazing host who made everything a breeze with her quick communication. Her cozy place was the perfect retreat for a busy travel nurse like me. Id jump at the chance to stay here again!

Hey I'm LJ! I will be living in TX for the winter, and hope you love my little home as much as I do. I'm late 30's, gay and have been living in Madison for 3yrs, from Los Angeles. I love this town and all the little neighborhoods, especially the coffee shops and bike paths! I love road cycling, hiking, meditation, lake days, meals with friends, hosting, and anything outdoors!
