Great place, area, cool roomies

Couple things to note about this room specifically is it has two desks, extensive wall cabinetry and clothes hangers, queen bed, and bathroom is across the hall. Owner/Host is awesome! Friendly, helpful, very attentive to Guest needs. I had a great group of people staying in the property. We really turned it into a friendly family. We went out together, watched out for each other, helped each other. Made a clear, organized system for kitchen & refrigerator storage. Speaking of kitchen - totally awesome, well stocked with quality equipment. Washer-dryer setups are also top quality as well. I had no complaints staying here. Plentiful off street parking. Backyard with a fire pit. In truth, when I return to the area. I will end up staying here again.

I absolutely loved staying here and was perfect for my short-term stay! The shared bathroom was cleaned weekly and the entire house is super clean overall. There's plenty of closet space and desk work space that was great for studying in the room. Alex is a fantastic host and quick to respond to anything you may need. Would definitely recommend!

Top-Notch Living: A Perfect Furnished Room Experience

I had the pleasure of renting an amazing furnished room from A on Furnished Finder, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The accommodations were top-notchcomfortable, stylish, and well-equipped. A, the landlord, was absolutely the bestattentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The only reason I moved out was due to a job relocation, and let me tell you, finding something that matches this gem has been a tall order! If you're looking for a place that's a cut above the rest, this is it. Thanks, A, for setting the bar so high!

I cant say enough about how amazing this host is and how gorgeous this home is. From the second I walked into this home, I was sold! Every inch of this space is impeccably decorated, like something out of a magazine. From the minute I walked in, I felt comfortable and felt like I was home. The host is super friendly, and so nice to work with. She goes above and beyond to ensure all of her guests feel welcomed and have everything they need. You can tell that she put so much thought and love when she was designing the Coterie. The kitchen is a chefs dream! There is tons of parking, outdoor space and security cameras, so I always felt super safe. The neighborhood is quiet and super close to downtown Rock Hill, close to Charlotte and anything else that you might need or want. I honestly cannot say enough about this host and this place! I will certainly be back any time that I am in the area! Absolutely loved it!!!

The coterie

This was a lovely short term stay! The set up was perfect, with the desk in the room, and laundry on site! Living here I have had no issues and not a single complaint! Its a quiet side of town with not much disruption. They did an absolute wonderful job sprucing this place up for the residents! Would definitely recommend living here !

From the moment I saw this place onFurnished Finder, I couldnt wait to see it. Lets just say it did not disappoint!! Every aspect of this facility has been awesome. And the host A is super friendly, and so nice to work with. It shows she has put a lot of thought into the Coterie. The place is well decorated and maintained. Plenty of parking ( with cameras). Never once did I feel unsafe inside or outside the building. Its in a quiet neighborhood that has everything you need, literally two minutes or less away from you. Can not say enough about this place and the staff. Love it!!

Wonderful property, friendly host

Lovely property with an artistic aesthetic. The host is kind and accommodating. The property is easily accessible and feels safe. The rooms are a wonderful choice for any one in need of a temporary residence.
