Nice 1 bed 1 bath

Everything that I needed was here, full kitchen, shower, nice bed, AC that works very well for the space. This property is split from the main house and turned into a sperate living area, while it does not have a ton of space it worked for what I needed. I drive an EV and my conversation prior to moving in with the property managers brought in a discussion of installing a dedicated outlet for the travel charger. It was installed super quick into my rental of the property and saved me a lot of time / money using charging stations. Had an issue with one of the locks getting into the garage for the laundry and it was resolved super quick, I was notified every step of the way for the timeframe of repairs and even when the repair guy showed up. Was given a spare key to the garage in the mean time prior to repairs. The new locks work amazing. I recommend this place if you are looking for a decent rental with managers that stay in contact with you. Nema 14-50 on a 50amp on site.
