Stay away!!!

DO NOT rent from Jessica. Her house has a rodent issue. She was telling me to face my fears. She proceeds to text me how stressed SHE is, how unhappy SHE is that I'm not handling this myself. Jessica tried to compare my mini doodles to these rodents. Jessica doesn't know the difference between a mouse that carries diseases and a healthy vaccinated dog. Jessica said awful things to me, such as, she doesnt know how I survive life as an adult in this world with a little mouse on a sticky trap causing me all this stress. She called this 'petty'. This is coming from a landlord that I pay. I'm disgusted by Jessica. Jessica said many more nasty things. Beware of this emotionally unsteady landlord who thinks rodents are not an issue for her to fix. She refused to return the $300 holding fee. She said I missed my last payment. I did not. I have texts to prove it. FF has pictures of all of these texts and pictures. I refuse to communicate with her anymore. Her mattress was also awful!

Jessica is an absolute amazing host! Apartment is well stocked and has all the amenities you need to feel at home. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything.
