This home on an oversized lot, is situated in the heart of the Historic Hall Park Allotment. This is why I named it the Keystone house as is sits prominently on the intersection of Oakdale and Woodland avenues. The Hall Park Allotment was once the site of the Summit County Fair in the 1860's and 70's, and Oakdale Ave. where my home is located, was laid with brick following the gentle curve of an old horse racing track that exist...

You will be staying in the historic Hall Park allotment. Just minutes from dining, bars, and entertainment. Hospitals and downtown just a few minutes away. Explore downtown, and my favorite place to relax, Glendale Cemetery. Its a who's who of Akron in a park like setting. Very beautiful, with grand chapels and mausoleums with stained glass and ornate architecture. Walk, run, or bike the tow path trail. Which follows the canal s...
Fantastic Place!
My stay at this place was lovely! The folks that own and run the house go above and beyond, and they are very responsive. Would recommend to anyone!
SRNA Resident
I stayed here for my 2 month clinical rotation. It was such a great find! Apartment was spacious, so cutely designed, and the landlords were very respectful and responsive. I always felt safe, walked the neighborhood quite a bit, and was very close to Akron Childrens. I would stay again! Thank you for having me!
A great place to stay
I had a lovely experience living here for my short stay in Akron, OH. The apartment was lovely and unique and clean. The people below me were kind and super welcoming. The surrounding area had a good few things to do too.

Beautiful stay overall
I stayed on this property for 3 months. It was a warm welcome, quiet stay and had everything I needed for that time. Great for night shift too with black out curtains. It was the little touches to the home. Which it was, felt like a comfortable home. Beautiful bath, safe neighborhood, cool history, washer and dryer. It was a perfect spot and close to downtown, little neighborhood called Hillside (I believe) with bars and restaurants and close to the hospitals in Akron. I was very pleased with my stay and how comfortable it was. Thank you and would stay again.
Historic Apartment
I stayed here for four months. It is a newly remodeled apartment that still keeps the historical character. Very nice neighborhood that has a few events. Close to downtown Akron and the highway. Theres a good amount of restaurants nearby. Owner was very responsive throughout my stay and maintained the property well.
