Great summer at Maple Tree Corner
My roommate and I had a great stay here this summer! Mimi and Ken were highly responsive hosts and ensured we had everything we needed. The property is an attached unit, but you have your own entrance and all amenities are your own to use. Property is clean and well-maintained, and you can barbecue in the backyard if you so choose. Would recommend!
Mimi and Ken were gracious hosts. We enjoyed getting to know them over the three months. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. They were very accommodating. The convenient location of this basement apartment met our needs for our contract and allowed us to explore lots of different areas. We lived here with our family, felt very safe, and it was a great space to call home. Highly recommend Maple Tree Corner! Thanks again for having us!
Great location, Friendly host
Mimi and Jen are friendly hosts and very attentive. We arrived closed to midnight. They waited on us and showed us the house and the beautiful yard. They invited us for a mooncake night, a very hospitable host. House is clean and neat. Plenty of space for my use. They provided plenty of supplies for my stay, very generous hosts. I would recommend the place for a relaxing and a quiet place to stay in Denver. Thank you Mimi n Ken for hosting me
Great place to stay!
I had an absolutely amazing stay at this property Centennial this summer! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the hospitality. The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the mountains and easy access to some beautiful parks. The property itself is impeccably maintained and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, especially the backyard, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was spacious, beautifully landscaped, and perfect for relaxing or barbequing. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Overall, this apartment exceeded all of my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious summer stay.
Very well redecorated basement unit
I had the pleasure of meeting the owners and touring this lovely unit. The owners were more than gracious, and attended to every question and demonstration I could ask for-- above and beyond, even. There are great many basement units in the Denver/HR area, and the hardest challenge is to know which of them is safe to sleep in during the day. When I toured, I saw that the rooms could get dark enough to not see your hand in front of your face, which is perfect. Unfortunately, I have to go down to only 4 stars because I could hear some noise coming from upstairs. Not everyone is as sensitive as me about noise. I think some travel nurses would find this place ideal for a cozy place to be comfortable, especially if it were a duo traveling together needing two distinct rooms. In fact, I think that would be kind of ideal here, since there are two beds. Furnishings, carpeting, washer/dryer all looked top notch. Most importantly, great owners.
