Exactly as Advertised

My stay at this property far exceeded my expectations. The unit was exactly as advertised and I found it comfortable and well furnished. It had everything I needed and my interactions with Matt were excellent. He was available whenever I needed and provided suggestions as it related to the area. I’d gladly stay at one of the other properties he manages.

Convenient and affordable

Matt was extremely responsive when it came to communcation and worked quickly on any issue or request that came up! The apartment is centrally located to many different neighborhoods throughout Milwaukee making traveling around easy. It is situated close to the freeway, however, the building is solid and did a good job of blocking out most of the noise. I also didn't hear much noise from the neighbors either, never once hearing their TV or conversations. The neighborhood is safe and secure, I felt comfortable walking around as a single female, and the rent is priced favorably to what the unit has to offer. Enjoy!

Great Communication & Easy Rental Payments

Matt was easy to rent from and timely in his communications. The online payment set-up made payments easy. When the window air-conditioner went out, Matt was quick to obtain a new unit and get it installed. Additionally, Matt was quick to fix any internet connection issues that occurred. I appreciated Matt's open communication throughout my stay.
