Highly Recommend

l end up staying due to a change in plans, but I can't say enough great things about this landlord. On very short notice, he made time to show us the property — and it was absolutely worth the visit. The location is fantastic and the home itself is beautiful. When my plans fell through, he was incredibly understanding and accommodated my cancellation without any hassle. This is exactly the kind of landlord you hope to find. If my plans bring me back to the area, this will be my first call.

Quiet, Great Location, & Responsive

We had a great 3 month stay. The location is very quiet...I mean you actually hear birds and get great breezes. The home is safe and the rooms are generous in size. Eddie was very responsive to any needs we had and we never felt like we couldn't ask a question. We shared the large property with other residents (elderly people) and honestly had no idea they were there. They never heard us and never heard them. The freeway is close but I never heard it and the walls in the neighborhood were quiet. Washer and dryer in the unit were game changers . Highly recommend this landlord and his property. Car parking great too. If you want to have privacy and quiet. Perfect spot.

Great Neighborhood, Great Lanlord

Very clean and spacious. All new modern appliances. Plus there's a beautiful pool you can use. Beds were very comfortable. It's a very lovely and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed taking walks and we felt very safe. The area has a lot to offer. Any type of store you need are very close by. The Landlord is very nice and easy to work with. Anytime we needed anything he was right there. We loved our stay here and hope to one day return!! I want to thank the landlords for a very enjoyable stay!! When you're a travel nurse these hidden gems are hard to find. I'm sure glad we found this one!!
