Home Away From Home – Exceptional Landlord!
Gerry is an amazing landlord, and this home truly exceeded my expectations. I’ve been here since August 2025 and have genuinely enjoyed my stay. As a traveling nurse on my first assignment in Santa Rosa, I was initially skeptical about renting a room through this site, but this experience completely changed my perspective. I’ve had no issues with roommates or the landlord. Gerry is always just a text away and has been consistently responsive and accommodating. Communication and transparency go a long way with him, and that makes everything run smoothly. This place truly feels like a home away from home—comfortable, welcoming, and just right. If I return to the area for another contract, this would be my first choice. I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to others.
