Dual slideouts create a spacious living room. Fireplace is electric and can be ambient fire only, or can provide additional heat as desired. (Unit has central heat included in rate) Coffee table lifts for an extra table.
Easy to see the layout this way, right?! The only thing different is the dining table is not a dinette. It is a table and two chairs. Two more matching chairs will be available in the laundry/storage shed.
Dining table for two, or move the table against the wall for a more "permanant" working/study area. Extra table in the living room for dining during movie nights.
Coffee pot uses grounds and/or Keurig. A starter pack of four (4) K-cups, four (4) tea bags, sugar and powdered creamer until you get settled in with your grocery desires.
Full kitchen needs. Microwave, dinner ware, gas stove top and oven, pots, pans, knives, storage containers, crockpot. Really all necessities of a traditional home kitchen. Charcoal grill will be available also (you'll need to have fuel supplies found at local grocery stores)
Four cabinets for pantry. Plenty of room for up to two people.
This bath is small.. but mighty! The shower pressure and endless hot water is amazing! You'll receive a starter pack of four (4) rolls of toilet paper and shower supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Four towels and four wash cloths.
The queen bed is super comfortable. Two sets of sheets will be provided. More storage for suitcases and large bulky items are under the pull-up bed.
Master bedroom has a master closet/wardrobe with mirrored doors. Additional hanging closets on either side of the bed and cabinets over the bed. Side table with power source for charging your phone while you sleep. Smart Roku TV in the bedroom. Separate door into the bathroom.

While the awning is put away, the stars are quite visible in this area. Views to the pond. RV shown to the right will be vacant, so you have lots of privacy. More outdoor furniture is expected before your arrival. Comfy "house-grade" patio furniture for comfort!
Outside dining or lounging. The camping chairs are scheduled to be replaced with "house-grade" patio chairs. Expecting to be super comfy while you relax outside. Awning has mood lights for evening enjoyment, and outside speakers. Skirting underneath is expected to be installed before your arrival.
Study or snack outside. Outside plug nearby as well.

The "Back 40"!
The beginnings of a firepit area. Host is looking to get more comfortable seating. Host will provide a stack of 20 pieces of firewood.
The space. The RV to the left is vacant. You will have lots of privacy and shade. Awning is kept closed until Traveler arrives. You can park close enough to step off onto the patio mat. Your choice of lots of parking space.
Traveler will enter the property down a long pavered driveway. Will need to pull open/close privacy fence gate to pass the Host home and garage area. Security is primarily from the fencing and presence of the Hosts. Hostess works from home as a Realtor and Prop Manager. Friendly medium/large dog also provides his "security"! Mail and delivery box for all packages available.
All the major highways are nearby. i-10, 295 and i95. Home is only 45-55 mins from many beaches - Fernandina Beach, Jacksonville Beach, or St Augustine! Bringing a boat? Boat ramp about 10 mins away for the St Johns River. Hosts are an avid outdoor couple. Loving to boat and camp all over Florida. Traveler may be invited to join on one of the many boat rides with their own daughter who is a Nurse also!
