Large, freshly renovated one bedroom apartment in the Mosby woods neighborhood of fairfax. This is the lower level of a single family house. Entrance in back of home, see photos. Upstairs there is one tenant and small dog (cavachon) who will be in the yard sometimes. The upstairs tenant will set the AC/ heat. I can have a heater/ fan available if needed. Laundry room is the only space that is shared.

Great Place to Stay
This apartment is right in Fairfax with a lot to do in a relatively small radius. The apartment is as pictured and Melissa was very responsive to any questions I had. There is street parking available with plenty of spots. The street is low traffic and pretty quiet. The entrance is at the back of the house with a stone walkway from the corner of the house all the way to the door. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again in the future.
