Cute Lower Apartment

Cute apartment that has pretty much everything you need. Didn't have anyone above us at the time of stay but it is surprisingly soundproof between the bedrooms. Dani was very helpful whenever anything came up. Only downside would be the outside of the house was a little run down, but I understand they were between lawn care providers at the time. Would recommend to stay at though!

The location was perfect just a short drive to the hospital and conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants. I also appreciated the quiet neighborhood, which allowed me to unwind and recharge. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. Plus, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. Overall, this rental exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to any traveling nurse or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would definitely book again on my next assignment!

Not for long term stays

Kitchen doesn't even have an oven! How is that not an essential item? Nowhere does it's mention that the unit is UNDERGROUND and you can't get any sunshine inside. Landlord only mowed yard once in the three months we lived there. Unable to sit outside due to bugs. Weeds were honestly embarrassing. Notice came from city that he needs to trim shubs, I notified him but he ignored me. He kept my security Deposit without any explanation. Would not recommend staying here for anything longer than a weekend getaway.
