Amazing stay in Renton
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Arash was a wonderful landlord with hands on care for his property and quick responses and solutions to questions we had. He takes amazing pride in his house and yard and it truly shows and made the summer there incredible. We travel with our 2.5 year old and he was very accommodating with lots of child friendly recommendations. The neighborhood is well removed from Seattle and downtown Renton so it is very family friendly. We spent quite a few evenings on walks to the local park. This has the possibility of being a shared unit with the space downstairs. Arash made sure we were aware of this possibility and worked with us to accommodate usage of the shared laundry on the first floor. This took a little getting used to with our schedule but ultimately did not warrant a lower rating. We would recommend Arash as a landlord and his home to anyone! It certainly doesn't hurt having a view of Mt. Rainier from your front yard on a clear day either.
