I had the pleasure of staying in a basement apartment near Fort Meade, MD, just steps away from the NSA, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the experience. The location is unbeatableperfect for anyone on TDY or working in the area. The pricing was more than fair, especially considering the convenience and proximity to key locations. Kevin and Nadia, the hosts, went out of their way to accommodate my short two-week stay, which I really appreciated. Theyre a great couplewelcoming, professional, and attentive. The apartment itself was impressive: very cleaned, spacious, well-designed, and extremely comfortable. The layout made it feel much larger than expected, with everything arranged thoughtfully for both function and comfort. Overall, I highly recommend this basement apartment for anyone needing a temporary stay in the Fort Meade area. Youll feel right at home.

Honest Review

I needed a place temporarily while transitioning from selling my house to moving to DC for a new job. Kevin and Nadia were responsive, accommodating, hospitable, and respectful. Just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe them, as people. They've remodeled their entire basement into essentially a 3-room condo. The bathroom has been upgraded with a bidet and an antifog mirror that lights up... there's also a washer/dryer combo that's super convenient. There's beautiful marble throughout both the condo in the basement and the house upstairs. Spacious is an understatement. There's a television in the living room area, a kitchenette that does the job if you want to cook or anything. They've also provided all the towels, pots and pans, bedding... you literally don't need to bring anything! The only cons I would say is that there were some bugs... nothing abnormal that wouldn't be in any home. And the price is a little steep. But you get what you pay for! Everything was immaculate, and I would stay here again! If you're reluctant, look at the place in person. The photos don't do justice! You'll fall in love... nice neighborhood! Great Place!

Nadia and Kevin are great landlords and really go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and have what you need. The basement is clean and nice and has a private entrance. The kitchen is a bit smaller, but we felt like we had everything we needed. It stays cool during the summer. It is in a nice neighborhood with sidewalks and a park within walking distance. This was a great place for us to stay for a couple of months when we first moved to the area, and a great couple to rent from. We would definitely recommend staying here!
