Golden Hill one bedroom
Rented here from 2024 March to beginning of this year. Great location half urban and half suburban South San Diego location next to downtown gaslamp. Many facilities in the area UCSD and Kaiser and about a 15 minute drive from everywhere in the south county area. Owner Abby is very easy to get a hold of, professional and communicative was able to get a TV and shower head replaced no problem within a day. Washer and dryer in building no other amenities but can't beat the great location and walking distance to some local eats in golden hill area well as South Park. I was new to the San Diego area so very happy to choose this furnished finder this was my first one ever and great experience getting me acquainted to the San Diego areas. Parking spot included was a plus along with all the necessary home items. Highly recommend Abby's accommodation for travel nurses.
