We have a guesthouse (one bedroom, one bathroom and a small kitchen) that we are renting out on a midterm basis for any tenants who need space temporarily mainly for work purposes. We will share the laundry area and the pool area. Great stay! Lived here for 9 months!
I am a Travel OT who worked in Palmdale School District for 9 months. My husband and I and our pittie mix stayed here. We ended up rescuing another dog who is a Great Dane Mix towards the end of our stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our living situation here. The apartment is small, but quiet and the landlords go above and beyond to make sure the place is clean and feels like home. When we got there, they had the pantry and the bathroom loaded with basics that a traveler could need. They also had gifts for our dog. We loved the amenities of the tvs and having a lot of cooking items in the kitchen. After running around Palmdale all day staying here truly felt like an oasis.
