RWC 2 bedroom upstairs unit near Stanford

Great landlord and convenient location!

Situated between El Camino and Woodside, this 2bd/1ba unit is conveniently located for travelers commuting to Stanford Hospital (~15 minutes). The dedicated parking spot is super helpful, especially on trash days, and we loved being able to walk our dog, Moose, to the local park. The neighbors are friendly and generally keep to themselves. One thing to note is that the neighborhood can be lively at times. There was frequent music in the area, and neighboring homes occasionally hosted outdoor parties. Light sleepers or those working night shifts may want to bring earplugs or a white noise machine. Brian is truly a wonderful landlord-communicative, responsive, and accommodating to all our needs during our stay. He genuinely made our experience a positive one. Cheers, Brian!

Nice little unit!

Great little place with a wonderful and accommodating landlord! Very conveniently located to Stanford or Kaiser in Redwood City! Comes with one assigned parking pad space by the unit and then it was easy for us to find nearby street parking for our second car. The neighbors in other units on/right near the property were not loud/raucous and were nice. The unit has all the amenities for a longer stay.
