Private retreat with comfort and style

We Loved It

We were so impressed with the unit, it is everything the pictures show. The hosts were always available if we needed anything, but gave us our privacy. The bed is comfortable, the sofa is a lovesac (so we could wash the covers), the rugs were washable, the shower is huge (we never ran out of hot water either) and we had access to a garage. The yard was big enough for my dogs to stretch their legs and a great place to sit at night and admire the sky. We ended up falling in love with Tucson and bought a house here. The hosts were so gracious and asked if we needed anything during that stressful 6 weeks. I highly recommend this unit and its hosts.

The most cozy and comfortable rental

I rented from Lauriann and Craig for a year and absolutely loved it. In fact, I had a hard time leaving because it was such a wonderful place. Lauriann literally thought of everything to make living there so comfortable. The unit itself is laid out so perfectly with very convenient laundry, high speed internet, large smart tv with all the services and the most comfortable bed. The decor is fun and cozy. Lauriann and Craig are the nicest people in the world with the sweetest kids. Everyone is very respectful and very conscience of privacy. I will always think of them as friends.

My Home Away from Home

This property was perfect for my 2 months stay. It is in a safe and quit neighborhood, only a few minutes away from grocery, drug store and gas station. It is exceptionally clean, with cozy comfortable furniture, great internet speed, and a large TV with choice of streaming services. The kitchen has anything you would ever need to prepare your meals. Refrigerator has tons of storage space and makes all the ice you would ever need. Walk-in shower is large and has fantastic water pressure. Bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen size bed and a small desk for your laptop or computer. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. It has a very private backyard with outdoor seating and an artificial grass area for your furry friends. The neighborhood is also nice for walking your dog, and there is even a small park one block away. The hosts have been wonderful and give you your privacy but are very responsive with any issues you may have. You will feel like you are home after about 10 minutes of being here. I would highly recommend this property. 5 Stars to the hosts!!

I highly recommend this property. The landlords are kind and considerate people who are open to suggestions from the tenant on ways to improve your stay. The dwelling is well maintained and stylishly furnished. The decor is colorful and cheerful, yet cozy. The spacious kitchen ifs fully stocked with quality utensils and appliances. There is an abundance of room to prepare meals on the luxurious granite countertops. The ample great room has comfy couches, an ottoman and big-screen TV. WIFI and multiple streaming services are included. The bedroom has attractive bookshelves that are well-stocked with a diverse offering of desirable literature. Stack washer & dryer are conveniently located in the walk-in closet. A 1-car garage provides protection for your vehicle and storage for your extra stuff.
