Lovely home away from home
This 1/1 was the perfect space for my travel nurse contract. It includes a living room, private bath, full kitchen for cooking meals, nice bedroom size with a large closet, and an outside space to enjoy sunset. Laundry is located just right outside the space. There’s a large orange tree, plentiful, in which I gathered to my liking with permission of course. Street parking is plentiful, and keypad lock was a great touch for safety. Paul and his family were lovely and I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Amazing
A perfect place for travelers! Only a 5 minute drive from the hospital in a great walkable neighborhood 20 minute walk to the hospital. I had no issues with my stay here. The location was great. Paul was a great landlord! If I ever return to Long Beach I would for sure stay here again. 10/10 would recommend

Perfect spot
Paul was one of the best landlords I have had. On top of that the property is well furnished with durable and classy decor. At this price point it will be hard to find something better
