Absolutely loved living here! Patrick and his family are excellent hosts! Easy to communicate with. It's an amazing neighborhood, right next to a really big, nice park. The unit was very comfortable for 2x people. Our every need was met. There was even a bonus lemon + clementine tree to pick fruit from! There aren't enough nice things to say.

Hi, I'm Patrick Franklin. My wife, Kayla, and I love our little community. Often multiple times per day, we take our son and dog on walks in the nearby park, conversing with our friendly neighbors along the way. In 2023, we decided to add an ADU to our property so others can enjoy this space too!
