Peaceful Urban Oasis + Exceptional Hosts (Perfect for Travel Pros)
I stayed at Mae’s place for 7 months and highly recommend it to traveling nurses and other professionals who want a peaceful, convenient home base in Albuquerque. Mae and her business partner, Amy, are outstanding hosts—warm, respectful, and very professional. Communication was easy, and they clearly care about providing a great experience. The property truly feels like a gated urban oasis, with beautiful established gardens and multiple spots to sit, relax, and unwind after long shifts. The tiny house was clean, fully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable extended stay. Having a live-in caretaker and gated entry also added peace of mind. Location is a major plus: quiet and secluded, yet close to Old Town, parks, restaurants, and an easy commute to UNMH, Lovelace, and Presbyterian. Thank you, Mae & Amy—I hope to return soon!
