Cozy stay

I roomed with Marcia for 2 months. I enjoyed the large size of the room, tons of cabinet/storage space, and out-back patio. The area is safe and especially quiet. Marcia is kind and she enjoys conversation. The kitchen is quite small, I did not do any cooking in there, but I grilled a lot on the back patio. I definitely recommend her place.

Best Place

Marcia is an amazing host! I lived in her place for a year, and she is truly wonderful. She respects your privacy 100%. The room is neat and clean, and the bed is incredibly comfortable with a cozy blanket. She provides all the bathroom towels you need. The kitchen is decent, with plenty of space and room in the refrigerator. I also loved the swamp coolerit keeps the dryness at bay. Marcia is cool, humorous, and a joy to be around. I highly recommend this private room with its attached private bathroom to everyone, just as a good friend recommended it to me before I moved in. Youll have a great stay!
