This place is great!

I stayed here for a little under a year and it was great. The host were super hospitable. The place is all new and furnished. If the host had any questions or problems they would reach out to me in a respectable and kind manner. They even would go above and beyond in the manner of trash day. They took my trash bins out which I didn't even ask but as the kind people they are they did it any ways. If your looking for a studio with a full kitchen, laundry machines and your own driveway I would highly suggest this rental.

Perfect

So many great things to say about this place. First, the owners are extremely nice and helpful. Plenty of space. Everything is up to date and the property in general is incredibly clean and well maintained. Private parking and excellent privacy in general. Very relaxed and quiet. Good sunlight. All appliances are new and work perfectly. Bathroom a very good size and great shower pressure. Close to three major grocery stores; one is walking distance. Close to major highways. Bed is huge and comfortable. Everything you need is here. I love living here. Can't recommend it enough.

Excellent find on Furnished Finder

This apartment is so well kept and cleaned. The apartment, decor, and appliances are all modern and add to a clean esthetic. Bo and Danny are fantastic hosts. They were always available to assist with anything (even watching my cat for a weekend) and communication was extremely efficient. The location is central to so many activities. Pico Rivera is a city in its own right. From Walmart, Target, PetSmart, Trader Joe's and Best Buy to the countless cafes and restaurants there is no shortage of eateries, groceries, and shopping necessities. This experience in Pico Rivera really set the bar high for all other apartments; if it wasn't for work I'd still be here. Thank you Bo and Danny!
