Entire Basement Apartment Minutes from Hospital

Great Stay!

I stayed here for two months and had a great experience. The apartment is very spacious, which made it especially comfortable for a longer stay. The host was kind, responsive, and very accommodating throughout my time there. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location is excellent, with close proximity to the medical center and downtown. There are also plenty of nearby hiking trails and restaurants, which added to the overall experience. I was very comfortable during my stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others.

Excellent stay

This was an excellent place to stay for 3 months. Host were very friendly and accommodating. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. Not far from downtown and hiking trails. Road is plenty wide enough for parking. I cant think of a single issue this stay.

Beautiful and cozy home!

This home was absolutely home away from home to me,so lovely,clean, peaceful and cozy! Not to mention the host always attentive and helpful with anything that I had a concern about. This home made me feel like I was at my own home, will delfinitely be back when in Tennessee again!

Great Stay

My stay here was excellent. The place was super clean and newly refurbished. It was a short drive to Johnson City and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The owners were quick to answer my questions and very accommodating. I highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was very nice and comfortable. Having our own entrance was easy and convenient. The kitchenette had plenty of things to cook with which is really important for my husband and I. The location was in a super quiet neighborhood that we were able to go on runs and walks in. It was also pretty close to downtown and everything we needed to have fun and be practical too.
