My stay at Beggs St was perfect for what I was looking for. I work from home with my dog so having the yard was a huge plus. M is attentive and very efficient with any additional items I needed or had questions about. The neighborhood is quiet and a short drive to the greenway and the Heights. The unit is clean and well kept with new renovations. The laundry room is also a great amenity and the machines are clean and new. I would highly recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful experience living here for the month. Location is great, walking distance from places to eat, drink, as well as groceries. The Metrorail is walking distance and a convenient way to get to downtown. The unit itself is stylish, cozy, and well-furnished, I believe that I had everything necessary to have a comfortable stay here. The owner of the property made the process to rent easy, was very fast to respond to any issues/questions I had, and overall friendly. Highly recommend renting this property!
