ADU In Point Loma

I’ve had the pleasure of staying in Susan’s ADU for over six months, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Susan is an exceptional host—responsive, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made me feel welcome from day one. The unit is perfect for one person or a couple. As a college student, it’s been ideal—cozy for long study nights and great for hosting small get-togethers or visiting family. The amenities are in excellent condition, especially the washer, dryer, and stove, and the bed is unbelievably comfortable. What truly makes this place special is the feeling of home. Between the thoughtfully maintained space and Susan’s warmth, it’s been a memorable place to live. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here and enjoying a bit of the Chatsworth lifestyle in San Diego—you may find it just as hard to leave as I will!

Point Loma for the Month

We stayed at Susans place in Point Loma for a month and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The location is fantastic, its quiet, safe, and close to everything we needed. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a long stay. We were there for a month but it is suitable for a long term stay as well. Susan was a thoughtful and responsive host who made sure we felt at home. It was close to some of our favorite restaurants in San Diego which made it even better. We would absolutely stay here again.

Would definitely stay again

We had a fantastic stay! The property was spotless and had brand new amenities, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access and convenient parking. Susan was the ideal host: helpful and responsive without ever being intrusive. We felt completely at ease throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again

Perfectly Suited

I have stayed in Susans lovely guest house for several months. She is kind and helpful without being intrusive. The guest house itself is clean and comfortable. The finishes are new and the bed is very comfortable. Its very close to a good grocery store and coffee shop. The property is in close proximity. to downtown Point Loma as well. It was just what I needed and well suited for my needs. Thank you, Susan for the hospitality!

Great stay in Point Loma

Our stay at Susans ADU for a whole month was amazing. First and foremost, Susan is the kindest and best host we have experienced ever. The ADU unit is exceptional, clean, cheerful and beautifully laid out. It is fully equipped with everything that is needed on a day-to-day basis. The location is ideal and very convenient to everything. We know you wont be disappointed with your stay!

My fianc and I stayed at this property for 3 months. The property was wonderful and so is the owner. The apartment is very nice and all the space is used well. It was very clean and she has it stocked with all the things you will need. The location is great, its close to grocery stores, restaurants, beach, etc. So glad we found this property!

Perfect spot

I stayed in Susans lovely adu for the month of august. Such cute and well thought out space. I was very comfortable there. While the unit had a great breeze, I was appreciative of the air conditioning for the humid evenings. I would definitely stay again or recommend to others n

Beautiful apartment with positive vibes and great location

Entering the apartment, you immediately feel a wonderful ambiance. The place is exactly as depicted in the photos, with everything brand new, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Fully furnished and well-equipped. We love dining in, and what is necessary for cooking, baking, and enjoying meals on the patio were provided. Susan thoughtfully ensured all needs for appliances, entertainment, and bedding were met. Ample street parking is available. The location benefits from a pleasant ocean breeze, keeping it cool even in July. We never needed to use the AC! The San Diego airport is nearby, but any potential airplane noise is easily managed with the soundproof windows. As visiting scientists from abroad, we spent a significant amount of time at the house writing and reading, and it proved to be an excellent setting for our needs. Susan was incredibly helpful, very responsive, and always ready to offer advice. Thank you, Susan, for making our San Diego experience a wonderful one!

Beautiful guest house

This place is absolutely beautiful and S has thought of everything. We go to bed early and get up early, so we love how quiet it is here. This is a new build with good insulation and double paned windows, so we do not hear the planes or the traffic. There's a private little area with a bistro set in the backyard which is great for morning coffee or evening drinks. The views of downtown San Diego and Coronado are spectacular. For the few questions we've had S has been quick to respond. Thank you, S! Location is great. We shop at the local grocery store Jensen's which is less than five minutes by car or a 20 minute walk. Everything is close by, which is a huge plus for us. Parking is out front and there's always plenty of parking available.
