Month Long Stay

This house is great with all the updates and the owner supplies everything you need while you are there. The owner takes good care of the lawn and is very responsive when problems arise. I had some problems with the AC while I was there and the owner stayed on top of it until it was fixed. The house is exactly as advertised and very nice and clean. Outside of the house, I had a few issues with some weird encounters in the neighborhood and as a single female traveling location is important and feeling safe in your home! I felt safe in the home but did have a few problems arise in the neighborhood but were handled. Hence, the 4/5 stars. Overall, I think this house is a great price for what you get and the owner goes above and beyond for you to make sure you are taken care of!

I came to Tulsa for work and stayed at this home. It was exactly what I needed. The home is as advertised! Beautiful gated home, comfy, spacious, well manicured lawn, and the landlord made my stay even better. The landlord made sure of my comfort and that I never experienced any issues. Would definitely stay here again!
