Furnished Deluxe Studio w/ parking option (apt3)

Cozy space, a little tight, but good location

The landlord here is very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The space is cozy and comfortable. Its a short walk over to King street where there are lots of shops and bars. There are some down sides, the upstairs neighbors, whoever they care, can be heard stomping around doing all manner of noise-making who-knows-what, standard upstairs neighbor repertoire. The space is also tight. The only storage area is that spot on the wall with the hangers. Oh, and you will likely have to park on the street, which is a pain because a lot of people are trying to park out there. Don't get towed on street sweep days. Its great if you aren't traveling with a lot of things, but it could be a problem if you have a lot of clothes, you'll end up using the couch as a shelf, and you will forget about sweep day and end up sprinting down the street in your jammies before the tow trucks drag your car off, but I think that is a standard Charleston experience. I still had a good time here.
