Great place for anyone!

I have stayed at Casa Colibri for nearly four months being brand-new to LA and had a great time living here! Every amenity necessary, from kitchen supplies to furniture to cleaning materials, was provided. Penny is a gracious and thoughtful host who is ready to see to it that your needs are met while also providing space and privacy. Her level of care and attention to detail in making this an comfortable living experience is truly special. The space is large (especially for its very reasonable price) and is perfect for having a few guests over at time, with comfortable couches in the living area and an array of board games. There's also a lovely courtyard area behind the front section of the home to relax in when the weather's good (and it usually is). The neighborhood is cozy while still being in close proximity to resources, work, and entertainment. Groceries are nearly across the street. Everything I was looking for and more was provided in this house, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
