Great Place

I had an amazing experience staying here truly a 5-star stay from start to finish. Megan was absolutely fantastic to have as a host. Very responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was comfortable and stress-free. The place itself was just as great clean, well-maintained, and fully furnished with everything I needed to feel at home right away. Its in a great location and had a welcoming, cozy vibe that made it easy to settle in. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable stay, and Id definitely book with Megan again in the future.

I walked in the door and felt I was home. I stayed here during relocation. Very safe neighborhood, nice for daily dog walks. Close to everything. Very comfortable furniture, very clean and well kept. Great appliances and kitchenware. Meagan and Doug treated me as part of the family, and checked in on anything I needed. Don't think twice if you can grab this one.

Great rental!

My fiance and I stayed here for a month while we relocated to the area! The location is great, Megan & Doug are awesome and super helpful and kind. We had a great experience and they made our move smooth and easy. We cant recommend this place enough!

Highly recommend

I stayed here for 3 months while working at Johnson City Medical Center. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Megan and Doug are very helpful and provided quick maintenance when I had an issue with an appliance.

Great place

We stayed here while we were looking for a house. Owner was great no problems with the place. Plenty of room for 2 people. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped and modern. Furniture was comfortable. Very convenient to everything. Would highly recommend
