Great Space

This is a very comfortable 1B1B with plenty of room. The apartment is clean, and the location is very accessible to Philly and also New Jersey. Chet the landlord is awesome. Very responsive, frequently checks in to make sure there are no concerns and everything is going smoothly in the space. Perfect utilities for temperature control in both cold and hot months. Would definitely recommend to someone in need of housing in the area.

Great place

Stayed here for a travel contract. Good location for working at Temple University Hospital. The property is clean with lots of natural light. Chet the landlord has it stocked with everything you will need. He is a very attentive and responsive landlord. He went above and beyond to make it a great stay and to make me feel welcome. If I ever make it back this way I would stay here again :)

Awesome stay for 7 months

Great spot if you're looking to work in Philly or commute to South Jersey. The furniture was comfortable, and the appliances were clean. Everything I needed was available at the location or nearby. The landlord was also extremely accommodating and maintained great communication throughout. The cost is especially reasonable. I highly recommend! 5/5

This was definitely a great, affordable find with a cozy/stylish atmosphere. I loved the wide layout and the living area. Location was great, very close to many restaurants and stores (Target, ShopRite, Walmart). Only a short distance from downtown while still a quiet environment to go home to and rest after working a long shift. The landlord was friendly and responsive with all questions!
