Cozy 2 BD House Near Hospitals and Shopping

Wonderful location

I stayed for a few months with my dogs and we all loved it! The house was perfect for my needs and in a wonderful location close to the highway and many places to eat. The backyard is fully fenced, perfect for my small dogs. Landlords were also great to work with. I would stay again anytime!

Would not recommend

moved in on June 1 and immediately knew I would not be staying long. The house had not been properly cleaned. I had to send photos to the landlord showing the condition of the kitchen, bathroom, blinds, rugs, and cabinets. One window was broken and never repaired during my stay. There were spider webs, spiders, bugs, and mouse droppings throughout the house. One recliner had to be removed after mouse droppings fell out when I moved it. Although a cleaner was sent, she was instructed to clean only certain areas and ended up going above and beyond to help. I spent hours cleaning, rewashing dishes, and making the home livable. The rug smelled strongly of urine, so I paid to have it professionally cleaned and have not been reimbursed. I am disappointed that I am leaving the home cleaner than I found it, yet my $200 pet deposit is still being kept. The property's condition did not match the listing, and I would encourage future renters to look elsewhere.

Perfect

This home is perfect for one person or multiple people. It's in a very safe location. Hospitals, restaurants, parks, and shopping are all within 3 - 10 min. The furniture is very comfy. It feels like an actual home and not a rental. The owners are so kind and accommodating. They are prompt to respond and respectful of your privacy. I highly recommend this home.
