Home Away from Home

I've been a travel nurse for 3 years now, and this has by far been my most pleasant stay! Gilbert truly turned into my home away from home. Sonia and Jose are always quick to respond and eager to offer help at any time. They went above and beyond to make me and Baelfire feel welcomed :) The home itself is wonderfully updated with all of the necessary amenities available. The pictures in the listing give just a glimpse of the charm that Gilbert has! The location was wonderful, walking distance to children's hospital, a beautiful park, and just a few minute drive to multiple major highways. The OSU campus and hospitals were only a 12 minute drive! The neighborhood is up and coming, which I am no stranger to as a city gal. This specific area always felt safe and was surprisingly quiet, with very friendly neighbors on either side, and the added security of the children's hospital police only a block away. If I ever find myself back in Columbus, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great stay

I stayed here while working a contract at OSU Wexner Medical Center. The home was perfect for me, and the homeowners Jose and Sonia were wonderful. They were very helpful and communicated amazingly. Nationwide Children's Hospital is just a couple blocks away. I definitely would stay here again if I take any other contracts in Columbus.

Gilbert

My friend and I stayed at Gilbert during our travel therapy contracts and it was the perfect home away from home! Sonia and Jose were very personable and accommodating when it came to touring the home, small fixes during our stay, and changes in our work contracts. The home was very nice inside and out! My friend and I enjoyed taking walks to the park around the hospital just a couple blocks away! I would 100% stay again and recommend this property to anyone!

Columbus Stay

A nice home, with great furniture and comfortable feel. Hosts were great the entire stay with fast communication and very accommodating. Very nice bathroom and shower. We enjoyed being close to the hospital park for evening walks. This place felt like home away from home. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Gilbert House

My fianc and I stayed here for a travel nurse contract and loved it! Super convenient location for being close to downtown and German village, not to mention we both felt extremely safe. The house was nicely renovated and all the furniture was super comfortable. Sonia and Jose were great landlords who were always available to fix something is needed. Highly recommend staying at Gilbert!

We loved Gilbert!!!

My wife and I spent 3 months here for travel nursing. This space was absolutely perfect for us. It had everything we needed plus more! Everything was updated and seemingly brand new. The hosts were great and very responsive. If we ever take a contract in Columbus again we will definitely be staying here. Cant say enough good things about this place and the hosts themselves!!

A beautiful house furnished with an elegant and modern style, comfortable and very well equipped with quality furnishings, also with all kinds of accessories that make it even more pleasant and cozy Very well located in a central, safe, quiet area. The owners are very friendly and honest and make sure everything is to your liking. Without a doubt a very wise choice and I am delighted, so I highly recommend it.

Nice house and great hosts

Everything about this house is great. The kitchen has everything you need. The couch and beds are very comfortable. The waterfall shower has great water pressure. The laundry machine and dryer work great. The hosts are wonderful and responsive. If I return to Columbus, I would want to stay here again.
