Amazing house!
I highly recommend renting this townhouse! Its close to the airport, Raleigh, and Durham downtown areas as well as RTP. The home was very comfortable, spacious, and nicely decorated. Leticia always got back to any of my questions quickly and kindly. The neighborhood was always kept up nicely and felt safe. There are several lakes and parks nearby. I really enjoyed staying here for ten weeks!

Perfect stay- no complaints
I stayed for 10 weeks, and had a perfect stay. The landlady is very communicative. The place is comfortable and well decorated with a pool in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was welcoming and I felt safe. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Excellent Townhouse & Host
"L" was very kind and accommodating during the stay. The townhouse was great! I really appreciate her humility; which is somewhat rare these days in landlords. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area and if it was available! -Z
