A cozy home away from home

I had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment! I spent three months here while working a travel contract at SB Cottage Hospital, and it was the perfect space for me. The hospital parking garage is less than a five-minute drive away, or an easy ~15-minute walk door to door. The apartment is the perfect size for a solo traveler and is in a great location, with Trader Joe's, a cute coffee shop, and CVS all within walking distance. Ellen is a fabulous host who was always responsive whenever I had questions. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Santa Barbara!

Awesome Rental

This condo was the perfect home during my travel nursing assignment at Cottage Santa Barbara. The location couldn't be better-it's within walking or biking distance of the hospital and just a short walk to Trader Joe's, CVS, coffee shops, and several great restaurants. The condo is tucked away in a quiet, private corner of the property, making it a peaceful place to unwind after work. It was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for an extended stay. The neighborhood felt safe, the neighbors were friendly, and the property was very well maintained. The landlord was wonderful to work with-kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she takes great pride in her home. We had an excellent experience and would absolutely stay here again if we return to Santa Barbara. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, move-in-ready place, especially fellow travel healthcare professionals.

Amazing furnished finder find!

absolutely amazing apartment!! Has literally everything you need from utensils to cookware to extra blankets and pillows. I loved the set up, felt extremely spacious and airy. Lovely furniture and very comfortable bed. Outside patio is the added plus that gets great sunlight. The location was incredible. walking distance to trader joes, handlebar, los agaves, and the daily grind. Can't say enough about this amazing place. One of my favorite stays! Definitely stay if you can!!!

The perfect Santa Barbara stay!

This was the perfect rental for me as a travel physical therapist! Ellen has really made the place feel like home. The back patio was my favorite touch and the best place for morning coffee or reading. The neighborhood itself was so charming- walking distance to Trader Joes and lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops. Its a beautiful and easy bike ride down state street to the beach too! Would recommend this for any travel healthcare worker or people needing short term places to stay! Ellen was super easy to communicate with and was accommodating to any needs as well!

Cozy home with a spa-like bathroom

This has been one of our favorite stays to date. The home is located in a quiet apartment complex with friendly neighbors in a walkable area (coffee shops and Trader Joes are right around the corner). We loved cooking on the gorgeous gas stove, and the bathroom felt like a spa with a rain shower and stone tiling. Some other features we enjoyed: - Laundry on-site (in a separate area) - Dining nook - Cozy furniture - Private patio - Easy street parking + 1 parking spot - Good amount of storage (under the bed, bedroom closet, and linen closet) My only tip for guests: the mattress is a bit firm for my liking, so if youre a picky sleeper like me, I highly suggest traveling with a mattress topper. Its saved us in a few homes!

Cute Condo

This condo was in a great location! Easy walk to coffee shops and Trader Joe's! Parking was almost never an issue (and we had two cars!). WiFi was easy to use! Pull out couch for guests. Super cute eating corner with great windows. Black out shades in the bedroom. Safety is always a concern of mine and we felt very safe in this location! If I had to put any concerns - the oven doesn't work (but the stove does and there is a toaster oven as a substitute). A/C does not reach the bedroom as well as it reaches the living room. But I'm guessing part of the problem is we lived there in the summer and there is a fan in the bedroom!
