Horrible landlord; have to take legal action

I've been staying here for 2 weeks and it's been nothing but issues. It's not furnished as it is in the pictures, huge gaps in the door leak in cold air, you can hear the neighbors open a bag of chips because their living room and kitchen is by the bedroom and the walls are paper thin. At first Annabelle was helpful and responsive, and sent her handyman to seal the doors and a space heater. I came back one night with the same key I'd used every night but the lock would not turn; tldr pin was broken in the lock and no one but a locksmith could've opened it. The landlord had recommended I call the locksmith which cost 350, and she is now refusing to reimburse so I either have to eat it or look at small claims court. Please stay somewhere else - this place is way overpriced for the quality and ownership.
