Temporary home that I'll never forget!

I can't say enough good things about this house and Dustin/Vanessa to truly convey the experience I had here. They are the nicest people and Dustin is the best landlord I've ever had. I lived here for a year with my dog while I completed my fellowship at Arkansas Children's (3 minute commute driveway to parking garage). I never felt unsafe and the neighbors are great. Dustin was always available and helpful, made sure the air filter was changed and lawn was mowed. The house is decorated so cute and felt so comfy and homey which helped so much with the loneliness of being away from my husband. The yard is well kept and has a nice, clean patio that we utilized quite a bit. Walkable to the Oyster bar, Pizza D, and Whitewater Tavern- super convenient. Again can't say enough good things about it, and I hope this convinces you to rent this place.

Great Centrally Located Stay in Little Rock

This house is perfect for extended stays! Capital View is a great location and extremely close to local hospitals if you're a healthcare worker. The street is quiet and feels safe. The house has everything you need and feels super cozy and welcoming! The fenced backyard is an added bonus. Vanessa and Dustin were great hosts! Super responsive throughout the stay. Move in was very organized. They had a binder with any info you need for the house as well as tips for local eats and things. Will definitely be staying here again whenever I'm back in Little Rock!

Best Find in LR

This house is so cozy and immediately felt like home upon arrival. Vanessa and Dustin are dream hosts. Leaving tips on what to do in the city and always accessible if I ever had any questions. They were quick to take care of any housekeeping that came up. Cant express how much this house felt like home during my stay.
