Cozy Studio near Lake Washington

Thank you to Sharif and Olivia for hosting me ! This was my first time ever in Washington on a travel contract and this was the perfect place to live ! The studio had everything I needed and more ! The bed is very comfortable and I slept great . The cutest little neighborhood and walking distance to the lake and Starbucks and a little market place to shop plus a few restaurants on the water . I would highly recommend this place to anyone and if I ever make it back out here I would definitely rent again. The best landlords and easily available for anything you need . I stayed in this beautiful, clean, quiet studio for an entire year while on a travel assignment at Harborview Medical Center. I cannot say enough good things about the landlord and the property. The studio is well equipped with a comfy bed, large closet, kitchenette and nice bathroom. The blinds and curtains keep the studio very dark but when opened, the wall of windows lets the sunshine in. The shared laundry is easy to access and was never an issue to use. Sharif, the owner, is always available and eager to make sure his tenants are comfortable. The quaint tree lined street, walking distance to Lake Washington, and lovely neighbors were a bonus! I would absolutely recommend this studio to any traveling professional.
