There are 3 bedrooms in this guest house which is why we list the property as a maximum of 6 residents, however there is a trundle bed in the bunk bedroom and there is a futon couch in the shared living room for occasional weekend guests of our tenants. Note: we will allow a maximum of 2 pets, however the listed $500.00 non-refundable deposit can be negotiated and adjusted depending on total number of pets residing.
Roku is on all TVs that each tenant can use/add their individual accounts.
A two story beach house, located on the second block from the Atlantic Ocean with all the modern amenities and a little coastal flare.

My husband and I have owned our North End home at the VB oceanfront for 18 years. Our duplex is located on the second block from the Atlantic Ocean (in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood), just a short bike ride to the main resort area, and easy access with a short drive to our local hospital and healthcare systems. We have a spacious 3 story home where we mainly occupy just the top 2 levels except during the summer months.
