Great place with fantastic location

We stayed here while helping our disabled son settle into independent living in the UW dorms. We were lucky this gem was available. Its a short walk to campus, downtown and the local zoo is just down the street. There are great biking paths around, easy walk to many coffee shops, restaurants, Monroe Street & the seasonal farmers markets. Neighborhood was safe and neighbors friendly. You get access to off-street parking and a single garage space if you want to avoid the confusion of Madisons street parking rules. It was very clean and comes with everything you need for a lengthy stay. We had no issues working remotely off the internet. As we stayed Sept/Oct, we used both AC and heat without issue. Bedding was clean and kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. Laundry is conveniently located in the basement. The owner (Barb) was great, available to answer questions, and very engaged to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Great place to call home for a spell!
