Centrally Located Warm & Cozy, one bedroom apartment

Great Stay!

I stayed at this property for three months and had a very pleasant experience. The home was modest, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. The owners were kind, friendly, and easy to work with. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely consider staying here again. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a simple, comfortable place to stay.

Quiet neighborhood

No complaints on my end. The neighborhood was really quiet which I wasn't expecting after driving through Columbus. The owners were very responsive to the 1 time there was a maintenance need.

Brooke and her husband are very accommodating and responsive! I really appreciated their choice of supplying the unit with more art books (and Brooke's art as well! I love art!) and found that very kind. Unit is in a great location as well I would totally recommend renting from them!

Lovely Hidden Gem!

I very much enjoyed my stay here in this perfect cozy condo! Wonderful condo located in a nice/safe area. Very quiet community with a park at the end of the neighborhood. The Landlords, Brooke and her husband are attentive, understanding, and always available if you need anything. They are the kindest souls! I am sad I could not stay longer :(. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Columbus looking for a quiet cozy stay!!
