Colorful mid-century brick rancher on half acre lot with big trees and a nice sized yard. Privacy fence on one side. Lots of wild life in the yard, deer, squirrels, birds and an occasional groundhog! You will enjoy feeling safe walking at any time of the day or night right out the door! The best neighbors I've ever had are on all sides. This house has been my good luck charm. Enjoy!!

and pillows are waiting for you! If you are a clean and tidy person, welcome home! NOTE: the tenant will have exclusive use of toilet and sink in the bathroom next to the tenant bedroom-but the shower is shared. Owner will have exclusive use of half-bath at the other end of the house

Safe Chester neighborhood tucked a mile off Rt 10, near local restaurants, coffee shop, medi-spa, new brewery and lovely vineyard nearby too! I love living here, away from the bustle of the city but only 9 miles from Richmond.
