Very comfortable

This rental is exactly as shown. The house is clean and well maintained. The location allows for easy driving to the surrounding areas. The commute to South Lake Union, downtown Seattle, ranged from 20 minutes no traffic to 50 minutes heavy traffic, via I99. Parking at the house was easy and free and we had no issues. The school and athletic field are not intrusive. We stayed from late Sept to late January and had no issues with kids or game noise. The interior of the house is ideal. It makes great use of the space. The bathroom fixtures are top of the line and work great. The kitchen is outfitted with good condition supplies of anything you would need in order to cook. And there is still shelf space to put your own things. The heating keeps the place cozy and warm. The house has an open feel and there was very little fragrance. Im fragrance sensitive and found this house and laundry nontoxic. The landlord is fantastic. Hes responsive and considerate. He cares about the property and the comfort of the tenants. I would rent this place again if I needed to stay in the area.

Excellent location, neighbors, house and overall experience.

I was in Seattle for work for a few months and was lucky to find this house available. The close proximity to Westwood Village is great, there's a new gym and good grocery options including Whole Foods and Trader Joes about 10 to 15 minutes away at most. I was initially concerned about having to park on the street but I never had any issues parking either car right by the house. This house has exceptionally good natural light and the kitchen is a joy to use. I will definitely check availability with Mohammad first, the next time I need to travel to Seattle, he was a great landlord to work with. Very accommodating and responsive. The neighbors are also all very nice and welcoming.
