I lived here for about 5 months. Omid and Panteha were great during my stay. The area is very convenient with easy access to NYC. The space is in great condition and any minor issues are dealt with quickly by Omid. Highly recommend this place to live!
I lived here for three months and that was an amazing experience. The location is very convenient with lots of restaurants beside. The householders are really nice and helped me a lot. Really enjoyed living here.
I can not say enough good things about my experience renting here. This rental has everything you need for great value in a location where space is a luxury. During my contract here, I worked nightshift at Mt. Sinai Morningside and never had any issues. Fort Lee is a great area to drive around and explore and public transit is easily accessible into NY. Panteha and Omid are truly wonderful people and do everything possible to make sure your stay is enjoyable. They check in periodically to make sure everything is going well and make sure to schedule days to do laundry since the washer and dryer are located in the basement/rental. I thought the space would be a bit noisy due to being in the basement, but I never had any issues sleeping during the day. I would gladly rent from them again.
